As well as unlimited quantities of Free Foods, every day we ask you to choose measured portions of Healthy Extras. These are foods that boost our intake of vitamins, and minerals – especially calcium and fiber. These include whole wheat bread, some high-fiber breakfast cereals, some soups, nuts and seeds, and milk and cheese. As with Free Foods, you'll find there are a wide variety of Healthy Extras to choose from.
